Be sure to send a copy of your order reciept and note
the product(s) you are returning or wishing to exchange for a
product of your choice. Products exchanged or returned
must be done 10 days from the time delivered and are subject to
a 15% restocking fee. If you do not have a reciept, please send a
letter with your name, daytime phone number and address; and the
reason for returning the product(s). Then call our customer
service number at 1-888-893-8241 or email customersupport@spoilmebath.com.
Quick Returns/Exchange Option:
For the fastest
service, call Customer Service at 1-888-893-8241 to
request a “Quick Product Exchange”. We'll place an order for your
new equal or greater value product right away. We'll need to charge
you the purchase price, but we'll waive the restocking fee for the
item being returned. Once we receive your return, we'll credit you
for the full cost of the original item. Items being returned from
foreign countries are subject to payment for duties and taxes.
